Vietnam’s Stavian Group is advancing the MViSTA subsea cable, a carrier-neutral system designed to connect Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Guided by APTelecom, the project is being developed with a strong commercial focus and a strategic route that avoids the main deep-water transit corridors of the South China Sea, supporting resilience and alignment with customer and geopolitical requirements.
APTelecom has played a key role in initiating the project and is leading its commercial implementation, with MViSTA positioned to serve growing demand from global carriers, cloud providers, and data center operators across Southeast Asia. The system is currently in the Desktop Study phase, as the consortium progresses planning for this new regional connectivity route.
