Capacity Building for CNT's Ecuador and Galapagos Connectivity Development
In 2019, CNT sought to modernize its wholesale operations and extend connectivity to the Galapagos Islands, where capacity and operational expertise were limited. APTelecom was brought in to deliver comprehensive telecom capacity building through a customized wholesale training program. The company designed and implemented specialized workshops for CNT’s commercial and technical teams, focusing on critical areas including pricing strategy, product design, and international carrier engagement to build sustainable internal capabilities for long-term growth.
