Cushman & Wakefield and APTelecom are collaborating on a U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA)-funded feasibility study for Stavian Digital Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study will assess the requirements and development pathway for the proposed data centre campus, with Cushman & Wakefield serving as prime contractor and APTelecom supporting the program as a specialist subcontractor.
APTelecom will contribute its telecommunications and connectivity expertise across international connectivity, subsea cable systems and integration, carrier engagement and strategy, commercialisation and broader digital infrastructure considerations. By combining this expertise with Cushman & Wakefield’s capabilities across the data centre lifecycle, the collaboration will support a comprehensive assessment of Stavian Digital Park as demand for cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure continues to grow across Southeast Asia.
